Two People Being Inspiration Success

Who does not know John Lennon? Genius musician is known as one of the greatest artists of the 20th century. Together the three his pal, Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr and George Harrison, he built the Beatles as the most legendary musical groups in the world, and also one of the richest bands in the earth. Through his intelligence, he was concocting a kind of timeless songs Come Together and Imagine. No wonder, millions of people crying over the tragic disappearance in 1980, December 8, promptly at 10:50 at night when four revolver bullets penetrated his body.

Then, indeed who does not know Bill Gates? Many people knew him as a brilliant man who at the age of 25 years of daring to drop out of Harvard University, and decided to build a company that later we know as one of the Most Valuable company on earth, Microsoft. This visionary man also often recognized as one of the main architects behind the global information technology industry advances. And surely, Bill Gates is also widely known as the richest man in the world with total assets of more than five hundred trillion dollars.

So, what does Bill "Microsoft" Gates and John "The Beatles'" Lennon? The man from the city of Seattle and Liverpool is mentioned here because they represent a theme that is now increasingly felt important: that is what it is about the true meaning of human capital or human capital. Inevitably the two men showed the most telling example, that the human capital or human capital who will ultimately determine the progress of civilization and culture, not physical assets, the sophistication of technology, financial capital or a heroic branding strategy. Both also illustrate how if managed brilliantly, potential and power of human capital will be able to provide value added that is dramatic, and can trigger the growth of a business force in a massive scale.

Microsoft may not be sedahsyat now if he is not controlled by the genius of a Bill Gates. Similarly, without the talents of John Lennon, the band the Beatles probably would never be remembered by millions of people on earth today. In other words the above story confirms the importance of the concept of human capital: namely, that capital capabilities, skills and intelligence of human resources is a fundamental element of the triumph of an organization - whether it be a global company organization or a band of music.

The question now is: what must be done so that we can reproduce the human resources classmate Bill Gates or John Lennon?

So in my opinion, as long as our education is still like today, though the form of the brain, so long will be difficult birth of a great non-academic. So, what may make, parents need to take non-academic education as possible.
